Description

ProvenAir Technologies is seeking an energetic and organized individual to join our growing Technical Analysis team. Our Technical Analysts are responsible for researching and reporting on the complex history of commercial aircraft major components such as: landing gear, engines, and APUs – assembling maintenance and operational records into a narrative, identifying paperwork gaps/discrepancies and providing recommendations to remediate issues. This role calls for someone with a keen eye for detail with superior analytical and solid presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and master PAT’s specification for creating historical analysis packages (i.e. “back to birth trace”)

  • Efficiently analyze aircraft maintenance and operational records, identify gaps in timeline information and estimate level of effort to research to resolve

  • Partner with maintenance repair organizations (MRO), airlines, service centers, and lease companies to obtain missing records information

  • Present analysis findings to customers

  • Work with product and technical teams to improve PAT developed automation tools to assist with trace activities

  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously to successful completion

Qualifications

  • Expert understanding of office productivity tools (Google+, MSFT Office, workflow automation)

  • Demonstrate strong customer focus & account management skills

  • Possess a positive, curious, and collaborative attitude

  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technology, new industry trends, and changing customer requirements

Qualities We Like, But Do Not Require

  • A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university

  • Aerospace industry experience, especially familiarity with aircraft maintenance or landing gears

  • Professional services experience
