Description

ProvenAir Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and talented Senior Software Developer to dive head first into day-to-day planning and development activities of a brand-new commercial aviation marketplace. This role calls for someone with full-stack development experience with superior analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality and timely delivery of technical solutions

  • Adherence to the software development life cycle, including use case driven development, testing and deployment methodologies

  • Partnering with the Tech Architect, Project Manager and development team to coordinate day-to-day activities ensuring projects stay on time and on budget

  • Work with partners and customers on integration and implementation

Qualifications

  • Strong working knowledge of iterative development methodologies, with experience in all phases of product & software development

  • Excited and motivated to tackle new challenges and solve difficult problems

  • 4+ years experience in full stack web development

  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technology, new industry trends, and changing customer requirements

  • Participation in code reviews to ensure solution quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being used

    Exceptional documentation skills and attention to detail (design documentation, processes/procedures, environment diagrams, etc.)

One or more qualities we would really like, but do not require:

  • A Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field

  • Experience working with SPA frameworks (Angular, React, etc.)

  • Experience / familiarity with Microsoft Azure, or other cloud computing platforms
